I'm a man who doesn't need glasses 😊, and in my naked eyes 👀, this company needs to do a commercial with a WOMAN needing glasses. Not just men all the time. Women can have bad eyesight too

@Specsavers I just saw this advert in the cinema while waiting to watch Inside Out 2 with my daughter and was disgusted that it gave the impression that kissing with glasses is undesirable and advised this could be improved by buying your contact lenses. I am as disgusted by this bigoted messaging as the fact that your agencies chose to place this ad before a picture aimed and vulnerable pre-teenagers. I will be boycotting your services and products for myself and my family until I receive notice that this harmful ad is withdrawn and a public apology is issued. - R. Skelton

God, this advert is bloody annoying. Yes, they don't go because Specsavers come to them. We all got it the first time! At least we have an Eldorado reminder in Julie Fernandez. I loved that show.

This guy did a wonderful job. My daughter had similar problem and she ended up buying a new pair of glasses from the job. She found out her problem some other ways.

God this advert bugs me.its so misleading about health & disability. An area i work in so this comment is not meant as an attack on anyone who might need this service, but its like they’ve purposely chosen the most “normal” looking people they can - obviously because of the cheeky mystery about them saying they cannot go. But the truth is, the lady in the wheelchair would be able to get there herself using public transport or maybe she drives. And using someone in a wheelchair is so obvious yet still misleading and gives the general impression that anyone in a wheelchair is helpless which is frequently far from the truth. Now i know disabilities can be hidden (i myself am autistic and its not easy to spot) so one or two characters i can accept as that - but theres nobody really in this ad that represents the people with complex conditions which are likely the main reason this service is needed. Its a great service of course but i just feel this method of advertising it undermines it for a cheap gag

I love your tips etc, & have sucessfully tried many. Only one that failed me was my white plastic chopping board. Lemon & bicarb didn't get rid of the dried in tomatoey stain. Perhaps it's time to purchase a new one😂😂😂
